Setup Fee, Onboarding and Maintenance
A one-time setup fee of $29 applies to all standard packages.
The setup fee includes the following onboarding services:
Consultation with a Pub2Post representative to assist in account configuration.
Guidance and support in linking the Client's social media accounts and other platforms to the Pub2Post system.
For Business or enterprise-level accounts, setup and onboarding services may be subject to a separate SOW.
Maintenance Fee: Buyer shall pay Supplier an annual maintenance fee equal to 25% of the Software License fees, which shall cover the foregoing technical support, any updates, and modifications.
Credits
Credits are allocated monthly, on a per-feature basis, in accordance with the Client's selected package.
A "Credit" means the use of one (1) article or DOI (Digital Object Identifier) as the basis for generating content.
Multiple media outputs (e.g., one or more social posts, blogs, podcasts, or visuals) generated from a single article or DOI shall collectively count as one (1) Credit.
All edits, revisions, and derivative outputs linked to the same DOI shall not constitute additional Credits.
Unused Credits in any monthly billing cycle shall not carry over to subsequent months, unless expressly agreed in writing.
